Our Policies

Delivery Conditions

We may call the recipient to make sure someone will be home at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept deliveries at specific times of the day. All deliveries will be made between 9 A.M. and 7 P.M. A request may be put in for AM or PM delivery. We do not guarantee deliveries on Sundays since it is not a standard delivery day for most florists. All orders placed on Sunday will be delivered the following business day.


When the Recipient Is Not Home

We may call the recipient prior to delivery to ensure someone will be home. If no one is home at time of delivery, we may leave the flowers with a neighbor and attach a note card to the recipient's door stating who accepted the flowers. Another option is to leave a note card on the recipient's door asking them to kindly phone us for re-delivery. If a delivery attempt is made, and the address is incorrect, an additional fee of $10.00 will be made for re-delivery of the flowers. So please, double check your addresses when placing your order. We don't want to have to charge you twice. If you know the recipient will be at work all day, it is better to have the order delivered to their workplace. In some situations, we may choose to leave the order in front of the recipients. We will then follow through with a phone call informing the recipient where the flowers are.


Same Day Delivery

Same day deliveries can be made simply by placing an order before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone. All orders received after 2:00 p.m. may be processed the following business day. Same day delivery is available Monday through Saturday. Sunday is not a typical delivery day for most florists. As a result, all orders received Sunday will be delivered the following business day.


Delivery Fee

A $10.00 delivery fee will be added to each order, for each address. For deliveries made outside our local delivery areas the delivery fee may vary.

My Bloom is committed to providing the highest quality floral services possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers toll free at 1-888-692-5666.


Sales Tax

All orders are subject to a 5% sales tax.


Order Changes

We are unable to accept order changes via the Internet. Please contact us toll free at 1-888-692-5666 for further assistance regarding order changes.


International Delivery

All international orders must be phoned in. Unfortunately, we cannot accept international orders over the Internet at the current time. Also, same day delivery is not available for international orders due to the different time zones among countries. Please allow us three days advanced notice on all international orders.


Cancellation Policy

We are not able to accept cancellations over the internet. In addition, orders that have been delivered, or are on route to deliver cannot be canceled. We suggest all cancellations be done so within 2 hours of placing your order. We reserve the right to charge a $13.99 cancellation fee per order.


Substitution Policy

In some situations we may be required to substitute your floral bouquet due to unavailability and regional differences. In these situations, we maintain a similar look, size, shape, and feel. However, some flower substitutions of equal value may be done. We make every attempt possible to match the flower type, however, we may substitute the color. Some variances may occur due to different interpretations by florists.


Direct Shipping

Some of our gift items are shipped direct through UPS, Airborne, or FedEx. We currently do not accept deliveries made to P.O. boxes, hospitals, or hotels. The date your shipment is made depends on the day your order was received and processed. All direct shipments are based on business days. A standard business week is Monday through Friday.
